INSIDE PIANO grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable limited license to use the COURSES sold through our web site by InsidePiano.com (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”).

2. Modification of Terms

GolfoMedia.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Except as otherwise stated herein, any change to these Terms is effective immediately after GolfoMedia.com publishes the new terms. Notice may or may not be given through e-mail, a posting on the Site or any other means by which a User may obtain notice. User agrees to check the Site periodically for changes to these Terms. Any use of the Site after changes have been made shall be deemed acceptance of those changed terms and/or conditions.

3. Modifications

You are not permitted to remove any copyright within the videos or PDF files.

4. Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our COURSES, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from INSIDE PIANO

5. Assignability

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from INSIDE PIANO

6. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our COURSES, modified or unmodified. All courses are property of INSIDE PIANO Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have accepted and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

6. Warranty

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall INSIDE PIANO be liable for any issues arising out of the use of or inability to use our products if you do not posses the minimum requirenments specified to play this courses on your devices. INSIDE PIANO does not warranty or guarantee these COURSES will function with all Internet Service Providers.

7. Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, your login information will be emailed to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our state of the art ticketing system: https://insidepiano.com

Upon logging in with the provided credentials, INSIDE PIANO customers will have instant access to the courses they have purchased. During the 3 months during which the terms of service are valid, full access will be provided to the purchased COURSE. After term period has expired, access to the course is removed.

8. Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

THIS LICENSE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LICENSE SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.
