  • Access is granted immediately after successful payment.

2. License and Permitted Use

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal educational purposes only.
  • Sharing, copying, redistributing, or reselling any content, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source materials from the courses or products.

3. Language Selection

  • Courses and materials are offered in English and Spanish.
  • It is your responsibility to select the correct language version before purchase.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to selecting the wrong language version.

4. Refunds on Digital PDFs

  • All digital PDF files sold individually are non-refundable due to their nature and instant delivery.

5. Content Delivery and Updates

  • Video lessons are streamed securely for your convenience.
  • PDFs and backing tracks are available for immediate download after purchase.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course content — including videos, PDFs, music sheets, and backing tracks — is protected by copyright.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations already incurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • InsidePiano is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content.
  • We make no guarantees regarding earnings, skill improvement, or any specific results.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Illinois.
