* You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing; however, no refunds are provided for past subscription periods.

One-Time Product Purchases

* Products purchased through our online store grant you lifetime access to the associated digital content.
* Access is personal and non-transferable.
* Products may include streaming videos, downloadable PDFs, and backing tracks.
* Access is granted immediately after successful payment.

3. Licensing and Restrictions

* You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal educational purposes only.

5. Refund Policy

Digital PDF Files

* All digital PDF files sold are non-refundable due to their nature and instant delivery.

One-Time Course Purchases

* We offer a 7-day limited refund period for course purchases if you have not accessed more than 10% of the content or downloaded the materials.
* Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@insidepiano.com within 7 days of purchase.
* Refunds for technical issues preventing access will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Membership Subscriptions

* Membership fees are billed in advance and non-refundable for past subscription periods.
* You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

6. Content Delivery

* Video lessons are streamed securely for your convenience.
* PDFs and backing tracks are available for immediate download after purchase.
* We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at our discretion.
