TERMS OF SERVICE: COURSES & MEMBERSHIPS

1. Important Information

You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

InsidePiano provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access piano lessons and courses ("InsidePiano content") over the Internet on certain Internet-connected TVs, computers, and Tablets.

InsidePiano grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable limited license to use the Piano Courses sold through our website by InsidePiano.com (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”).

2. Modification of Terms

InsidePiano reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Except as otherwise stated herein, any change to these Terms is effective immediately after InsidePiano publishes the new terms. Notice may or may not be given through e-mail, a posting on the Site or any other means by which a User may obtain notice. User agrees to check the Site periodically for changes to these Terms. Any use of the Site after changes have been made shall be deemed acceptance of those changed terms and/or conditions.

3. Modifications

You are not permitted to remove any copyright within the videos or PDF files.

4. Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our Lessons, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from InsidePiano.

5. Assignability

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from InsidePiano.

6. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our Lessons, modified or unmodified. All courses and lessons are property of InsidePiano. Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have accepted and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

6. Warranty

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall InsidePiano be liable for any issues arising out of the use of or inability to use our products if you do not posses the minimum requirements specified to play this courses on your devices. InsidePiano does not warranty or guarantee this content will function with all Internet Service Providers.

7. Membership

Your InsidePiano membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. To view InsidePiano's content you must have Internet access, a device such as a computer, tablet, or phone, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).

We may offer a number of membership plans. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your InsidePiano membership by visiting the website insidepiano.com.

The InsidePiano service and any content accessed through our service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with other individuals. During your InsidePiano membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the InsidePiano content through the service.

You agree to use the InsidePiano service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content therein. Except as explicitly authorized by us, you agree not to:

(i) archive, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through InsidePiano;

(ii) circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, block, obscure or thwart any of the content protections or other elements of InsidePiano, including the graphical user interface, any advertising or advertising features, copyright notices, and trademarks;

(iii) use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access InsidePiano;

(iv) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through InsidePiano;

(v) insert any code or product or manipulate the content of InsidePiano in any way;

(vi) use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method;

(vii) upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware associated with the InsidePiano, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs.

We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

8. Promotional Offers

We may from time to time offer special promotional offers, plans, or memberships (“Offers”). Offer eligibility is determined by InsidePiano at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your account on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible.

9. Billing Cycle

The membership fee for the InsidePiano service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan, or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Visit the website insidepiano.com and click on the "account details" link on the "Account" page to see your next payment date. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register.

If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel your InsidePiano membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the InsidePiano content through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to the "Account" page on our insidepiano.com website and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

11. Changes

Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. If you do not wish to accept the price change or change to your subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

12. Refunds

No Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members.

13. Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

THIS LICENSE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LICENSE SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS. 

InsidePiano reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
