Apps
InsidePiano runs as a native desktop app on Mac, Windows, and Linux, and as an installable web app on iOS and Android.
Desktop
Download the native app for your operating system. When you open it, you'll land directly on the login page -- sign in or register and you're in the dashboard.
Mobile
InsidePiano is not in the App Store or Google Play. Instead, it's a Progressive Web App (PWA) -- you install it directly from your browser in seconds. It behaves like a native app: it gets its own icon on your home screen, opens full-screen, and works without a browser toolbar.
Open Safari
On your iPhone or iPad, open Safari (not Chrome or Firefox -- iOS only allows home-screen installation from Safari).
Go to the login page
Navigate to insidepiano.com/members/login in the address bar.
Tap the Share icon
Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Add to Home Screen
Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add in the top-right corner.
Open from your home screen
The InsidePiano icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open the app full-screen.
Open Chrome
On your Android device, open Google Chrome.
Go to the login page
Navigate to insidepiano.com/members/login in the address bar.
Tap the three-dot menu
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome. You may also see an "Install app" banner appear automatically.
Add to Home Screen
Tap Add to Home Screen (or Install app if the banner appeared), then confirm by tapping Add.
Open from your home screen
The InsidePiano icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open the app full-screen.
