At InsidePiano, we are committed to fostering a respectful and professional environment for all learners and visitors. By using our services, purchasing courses, or interacting with our content, you agree to the following Code of Conduct.

1. Respectful Communication

All communications with our team, whether via contact forms, support requests, or public comments (if enabled), must be respectful and constructive. We do not tolerate:

• Harassment, threats, or personal attacks
• Hate speech or discriminatory language
• Profanity or explicit content
• Trolling, baiting, or intentionally disruptive behavior

2. Fair Use of Materials

All course materials (videos, PDFs, exercises, etc.) are licensed for individual, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, unauthorized sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.

3. No Unauthorized Access or Impersonation

• Do not attempt to access accounts, content, or systems that are not authorized for your use.
• Do not impersonate InsidePiano staff, Federico Dantoni, or other members.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on our platform.

4. Honest Feedback

We welcome honest, constructive feedback. However, false claims, defamatory statements, or malicious reviews intended to harm the reputation of InsidePiano or its instructor are prohibited.

5. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not share your login credentials with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of this Code of Conduct, at our discretion. Repeat or severe violations may lead to a permanent ban without refund.

7. Help Keep Our Community Safe

If you observe inappropriate behavior or abuse, please report it to us immediately at support@insidepiano.com. While we do not have public discussion areas, we take any violations seriously and act accordingly.
