All PDF products (including lead sheets, guides, and sheet music) are non-refundable. These are delivered instantly and considered "used" once downloaded or accessed.
We offer a 7-day refund window for one-time course purchases, provided:

The free tier is provided at no cost and is not subject to any refund policy.
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and assist you.
