Refund Policy

At InsidePiano, we strive to deliver high-quality educational content to all our students. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are considered for our digital products, subscriptions, and services.

1. Digital PDF Files

All PDF products (including lead sheets, guides, and sheet music) are **non-refundable**. These are delivered instantly and considered “used” once downloaded or accessed.

2. Digital Courses (One-Time Purchase)

We offer a 7-day limited refund window for digital course purchases. Refunds will only be granted if **all** the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • You have accessed less than 10% of the course content.
  • You have not downloaded any attached files (e.g., PDFs, backing tracks, or practice materials).

To request a refund, contact support@insidepiano.com with your name, email, and order number.

3. Membership Subscriptions (Monthly / Yearly)

Subscription charges are non-refundable for past billing periods, under any circumstances — including cases where the subscription was paused or not actively used.

  • Refunds will only be considered for the most recent charge, and only in cases of a billing error (e.g., double charge).
  • It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
  • Pausing a subscription does not automatically stop billing. Be sure to cancel if you no longer wish to be charged.

4. Lifetime Plans (Unlimited Access)

All Unlimited (lifetime) access plans are non-refundable once purchased. These products provide instant access to all course content and digital materials.

Refunds will only be considered in the rare case of a verified technical issue that prevents access to the platform and cannot be resolved by our support team.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and assist you.

If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
