1. Digital PDF Files
All PDF products (including lead sheets, guides, or sheet music) are non-refundable. These are delivered instantly and considered “used” once downloaded or accessed.
2. Digital Courses (One-Time Purchase)
We offer a 7-day limited refund window for full digital course purchases. Refunds will be issued only if:
You have accessed less than 10% of the course content
You have not downloaded any of the attached files (e.g., PDFs or backing tracks)
You request the refund within 7 days of purchase

3. Membership Subscriptions
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable for past billing periods (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
