Every time you renew your account you get a new permission level. That permission gives you access to a set of lessons and exercises. That permission is permanent, that means that even if your account is expired you will still have access to your lessons and exercises.

You can get a refund within 20 days of the subscription date. Although, if a refund is issued you will lose the access level for the month you’ve got refunded.

Yes, but we suggest that you take personal lessons to learn the body and hands position at the piano.

All levels of difficulty ‘Basic, Intermediate and Advanced’ are released at the same time. So you do not need to purchase them separately.

You do not lose access if you cancel, or if your accout is expired. 

If you have an active monthly subscription and you don’t want to wait to the next cycle,  you can always purchase the next set of lessons in advance at a discount.

Yes, but only if you have the ‘Monthly Student’s Plan.’ If you have the monthly student’s plan when you purchase the next set of lessons in advance, the ‘billing cycle’ remains unaffected; the subscription will ‘auto-renew’ as usual on the same day of every month. The subscription works with permissions. Every month you get a new ‘permission’ which will grant you access to the next level.

Scenario:
Suppose that you are in the 1st month, and your renewal date is every 1st of the month. You will have ‘access level 1.’ Now, let’s say that you buy the lessons in advance on the 28th, then you will have ‘access level 2.’ Two days later, on the 1st, your account will auto-renew, and you will get ‘access level 3.’

You need to have a broadband internet connection with a speed of 3Mbps.

No. The courses are only available via a membership subscription.

No, but the access to the series is unlimited, meaning that once you have the lessons and exercises in your account, they will remain in your account even if your subscription is expired.

No. At the moment we are not taking any private or online lessons.
